Our story
Founded in 2007 by Nick Hayes and Company Secretary Debbie Reynolds, Pia Financial Solutions has grown into a UK-wide team of experienced advisers. In 2025, we became part of The Openwork Partnership, further strengthening our commitment to clear, personal financial advice.
Our journey is defined by steady growth and a focus on trust. From gaining FCA registration in 2009 to joining a leading UK adviser network, we remain dedicated to providing long-term support to our clients.
We operate in a wide range of areas in the financial advice market including mortgages, protection, general insurance, commercial finance, pensions and investments. We have advisers who specialise in each of these areas and this means that we can provide expert advice in all of these disciplines.
We aim to make working with us as easy as possible and offer appointments at your home or office at a time that is most convenient to you and are also happy to make use of technology to enable us to work remotely when required.
